Refund Policy
Today, Caeruz charges nothing. Dealership accounts start with a free 60-day trial, we don't ask for a payment card to start one, and nothing is ever charged automatically. When the trial ends, the account is locked until you choose to subscribe; your data is kept for 30 days in case you do.
No hidden fees
There are no setup, cancellation or hidden fees. We will never charge you without your explicit agreement to a price first.
Subscriptions
Before any subscription is available, this page will state its price, billing period and refund terms, and you will see them before you choose one. These rules will apply:
- You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- If you are charged by mistake, or charged for a period after you cancelled, we will refund that charge in full. Write to us within 60 days of the charge.
- If Caeruz is unavailable for a significant part of a billing period because of a problem on our side, we will offer a proportional credit or refund.
- Any refund goes back to the original payment method.
- Nothing here limits refund rights the law gives you.
